Do you have an idea for a book? Have you dreamed of being published? Then don’t miss the Merdeka edition of MPH Writers Circle. The publishing house will be holding a discussion and pitching event on 15 August.

Writers Circle shares insights from the industry with aspiring writers and members of the public. Held at MPH Bookstore at Nu Sentral, the event will feature a panel and Q&A discussion with Oon Yeoh (Senior Consulting Editor of MPH), Marina Mustafa (cookbook author), Khaw Choon Ean (published writer and illustrator), Annuar Shah (author and blogger) and Ummie Nadzimah (novelist).

Fancy a challenge? There will also be the chance for people to pitch their ideas for books to three publishers: MPH, Buku Fixi and Karya Seni. You could be one step closer to seeing your words in print!

Registration opens at 1.30pm and the event will end at approximately 4pm.
