The Melaka Art & Performance Festival (MAPFest) is coming back for its 7th year in Malacca, starting from 27 to 29 November 2015. Brought to you by Arts & Performance Festival Melaka Sdn Bhd with support from the Ministry of Tourism and Culture, this festival is set to inspire by sharing works of art to the public.

A variety of events will be held in 11 different sites simultaneously, namely at  St. Pauls Church and its surroundings, the A’Famosa, Dataran Cendol, the Stadthyus, SM Sacred Heart Convent School, Perzim Auditiorium, No.8 Hereen Street, Wayfarer Guest House and Daily Fix Café.

Festival goers can look forward to the Old New Melaka Forum held by the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum and Malaysian Heritage and History Club at the Daily Fix Café. With the aim of educating the public on how the community is affected by the vast development of the historical city, exhibitions and presentations are scheduled to capture the eyes of the public.

Performing arts enthusiasts won’t be disappointed at MAPFest, as dancers and artists from different walks of life will be sharing their stories through performances in “Cerita Pendik”. The performances will be held on 27 and 28 November at 8pm in St. Pauls Church.
