Are you a budding photographer who needs some guidance and feedback? In conjunction with the KL International Photoawards (KLPA), KLPA EVENTS together with Centre for Asian Photographers will be launching the first Professional Portfolio Review this coming Saturday, 5 April. This is held in addition to KLPA’s EXPOSURE+ Photo Project Mentoring program.
The event will be held at Centre for Asian Photographers (The School, Jaya One) for one day only from 2pm – 7pm. Applications for the portfolio review opened on 24 March and will end on 4 April. Interested applicants may book a slot (subjected to first come basis and at RM 20 per slot) with any reviewer through an online form here.
In line with KLPA’s aim of providing emerging photographers a platform of exposure, the review is a great opportunity for one to gain feedback and insight about their development and style of photography from professionals within the industry while networking informally.
There will be five reviewers, each bringing to the table their own unique take and experience of the contemporary photographic industry. They are Eiffel Chong, Cheryl Hoffman, Paul Gadd, Jon Ramlan and Pang Khee Teik.
