The People’s Merdeka exhibition at Badan Warisan showcases the works of an eclectic mix of Malaysians to celebrate the nation’s historical and cultural heritage. Come along from 5 – 6 September to take a trip down memory lane.
The exhibition is hosted by the Malaysian Heritage and History Club, a group that promotes learning about and understanding our roots. This is their first public exhibition and will feature talks on topics such as Kelantan’s history during World War 2, Rakan Mantin and the Peranakan of Malacca. The exhibition will include Merdeka memorabilia, photos of KL Dahulu dan Sekarang and pieces from the Malaysia Design Archive.
The exhibition will be held 5 -6 September 2015 with daily talks from 12pm. Entry is free.
