Wanting to refresh Malaysians’ memory on the devastation that the recent earthquake brought to Nepal, young photojournalists Baudouin Nach and Zulfadhli Zaki have organised a fundraising photography exhibition. Baudouin and Zulfadhli were volunteers during the disaster and will be exhibiting photos that were taken during that time.
Opening at Feeka’s art space on Jalan Mesui this week, donations and sales from the photography works will be fully donated to Next Generation Nepal (NGN) – an NGO fighting against child trafficking in Nepal. The proceeds will be channeled into offering care and education for rescued children, and helping them to reunite with their families.
The exhibition runs from 2 August until 9 August, 9am to 10pm at Feeka.
