Findars on Jalan Panggong.

Celebrate International Women’s Day with Kota Wanita, a free event featuring workshops, panels and performances. Held on 7 March at Findars, Kota Wanita runs from 12pm to 10pm and features writers, musicians, photographers and more.

Activities include talks on feminism, travel and literature; workshops on coffee and gardening and self-defence; a photo exhibition by Nadia J. Mahfix and Nadirah Zakariya; spoken word poetry and music. You can also look out for a talk with June Low of PopTeeVee’s very own Popek-Popek sex education show.
