The first ever International Day of Yoga is coming up on 21 June. The day will be marked by the United Nations as well as yoga lovers around the world. In Malaysia, various yoga organisations and studios are holding free sessions where you can practise yoga with friends and family. If you’re new to yoga, it’s the perfect day to try. Namaste!
