They have a wide variety of workshops ranging from basic beginner level introduction classes to more complex projects such as quilting and sewing an A-line skirt. Sew Much Awesome also runs classes here for beginners through to advanced sewers, where you can learn to make bags, pouches and clothes. Prices vary depending on the length of the workshop and difficulty level.
Everyone Can Draw Workshop by Nala Designs
Suitable for beginners to the experienced, now’s your chance to learn from the creative team behind Nala Designs. If drawing is something that you’d like to pick up, this workshop’s for you. For RM398, you’ll get an 8 hour hands-on experience on the art of illustrations and leave with a tummy full of nasi lemak, a gift bag filled with goodies and a hand itching to sketch something.
Pottery Classes by Clay Expression
Who can forget Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze in that iconic scene in Ghost? Get hands-on with pottery at Clay Expression. They have various types of classes for all levels of clay expressionists, on and off the pottery wheel. Each course includes 8 classes, clocking in at 3 hours for each class.

For RM350, you’ll get bit by the silkscreen printing bug. At Raksasa Print Studio, the experts behind the craft will teach you all you need to know about the art and prep you with equipment and supplies. The fee covers the 12-hour workshop which is split into four 3-hour sessions.

The 3 and a half hour workshop teaches you how to prepare your calligraphy pen and nib as well as develop your own lettering style. You’ll be designing your own invitation cards in no time.
Paper Cutting for Beginners by Han Papercut
Learn how to make intricate works of paper art with Han of Han Papercut. His unique masterpieces demonstrate that art does not necessarily involve a paintbrush and a palette, and will guide you to create paper cutting art good enough to frame. With fingers of such precision comparable to that of a brain surgeon, it’s safe to say you’re in good hands.
Soap Making Workshops by Soap Artisan
Artisan soaps are really making it big this year. If you’re a soap junkie and can’t get enough of them, opt for a soap making workshop to take matters into your own hands. Soap Artisan’s workshops occur at different locations in the Klang Valley and are individually priced based on the materials used and the duration of each class.
